The work will take place Nov. 18, noon to 4 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>On Wednesday afternoon, northbound and southbound travelers will encounter periodic highway closures. The full traffic stops are required to facilitate helicopter operations and system testing. Delays should be no longer than 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Gather information about weather forecasts and anticipated travel impacts and current road conditions before hitting the road.
