{"id":49631,"date":"2020-12-24T12:29:56","date_gmt":"2020-12-24T19:29:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dh.durangoherald.com\/tj\/beer-truck-rolls-on-wolf-creek-pass\/"},"modified":"2020-12-24T19:29:56","modified_gmt":"2020-12-24T19:29:56","slug":"beer-truck-rolls-on-wolf-creek-pass","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dh.durangoherald.com\/tj\/beer-truck-rolls-on-wolf-creek-pass\/","title":{"rendered":"Beer truck rolls on Wolf Creek Pass"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><figure class=\"wp-block-image naviga-inline-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/imengine.public.prod.dur.navigacloud.com\/?uuid=43b68dce-c8ee-4f35-9c94-a5301d51c355&amp;function=cover&amp;type=preview&amp;source=false&amp;width=2000\" width=\"1444\" height=\"749\" alt=\"\" class=\"naviga-image\" loading=\"lazy\"><figcaption><span class=\"credit\">du1-i-syn<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/p><p>A truck driver hauling beer escaped with no injuries Thursday morning after rolling over on Wolf Creek Pass on U.S. Highway 160.<\/p>\n<p>A spokesman for the Colorado State Patrol said the crash was reported at 8:15 a.m., near mile marker 160, near the hairpin turn where Wolf Creek Pass descends on the west side, below the popular overlook spot.<\/p>\n<p>The semitrailer from California rolled, spilling a small amount of fuel and oil on the highway.<\/p>\n<p>Colorado Department of Transportation spokeswoman Lisa Schwantes said crews cleared the highway as of Thursday afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>The CSP spokesman said the driver was not injured.
