The upgrade will prepare the substation to accept power generation from the Totten Lake Solar Project. A mobile substation will be placed in service to maintain power delivery while the work takes place.<\/p>\n<p>Phone calls will be made to services that will be affected Wednesday. For outage preparation and safety information, visit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eea.coop\/prepare-outage\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.eea.coop\/prepare-outage<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>A second outage will occur from midnight to 2 a.m. March 30 to allow crews to remove the mobile substation and place the substation back in service.
