It was originally reported Feb. 2.<\/p>\n<p>With the COVID-19 vaccine widely available, most of the outbreaks are at schools and child care facilities.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, COVID-19 vaccinations are available to anyone 16 and older.<\/p>\n<p>The second biggest active outbreak with 17 cases is at Bayfield High School. The outbreak is listed as first being reported to public health authorities on Dec. 23.<\/p>\n<p>The third most recent outbreak in La Plata County was reported April 22 at the Strater Hotel.
