No clothing description or further identifying information was available as of Tuesday morning, said Chris Burke with the Sheriff\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p>First responders received the initial call around 4:30 p.m. Monday.<\/p>\n<p>La Plata County Search and Rescue teams searched for the man into the evening Monday. They resumed Tuesday morning in the Hermosa Creek drainage area northwest of Hermosa, said Ron Corkish, president of La Plata County Search and Rescue.<\/p>\n<p>As of Tuesday, about 30 individuals were involved in the search and rescue mission, Corkish said. Teams were inserted by helicopter into the drainage.<\/p>\n<p>A Colorado multi-mission aircraft, outfitted with infrared and color sensors, often used in wildfire response, was also working the mission, he said.<\/p>\n<p>This is a developing story.
