(Jerry McBride\/Durango Herald)<\/span><span class=\"credit\">cca<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/p><p>As Elaine Hall drove cross-state from Colorado Springs to Vallecito Reservoir, Dylan Redwine\u2019s father, Mark Redwine, ceased attempts to reach his son by phone, a former FBI agent testified Friday.<\/p>\n<p>The now-retired FBI agent described Redwine\u2019s and Dylan\u2019s phone activity Friday, during the 10th day of Redwine\u2019s homicide trial. Jurors were sent home midday ahead of the Fourth of July holiday and will not return until Tuesday morning.<\/p>\n<p>Redwine, who is charged with second-degree murder and child abuse resulting in death, didn\u2019t attempt to contact Dylan from 10:30 p.m. to 7 a.m. Nov. 19-20 \u2013 the first night Dylan went missing, Scott Eicher, the former FBI agent, testified Friday.<\/p>\n<p>However, Redwine texted Dylan four times between 8 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Nov. 19, and he called his son once at 7 a.m. Nov. 20, Eicher said. Dylan\u2019s last text received was at 10 p.m. Nov. 18, from his mom who wrote, \u201cHow are you son, doing OK?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Dylan did not respond.
