Animas St., will celebrate its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 5:30 p.m. July 16.<\/p>\n<p>Guests may purchase specialty items from the new walk-in Harvest Market retail store and tour the 4,813-square-foot facility. After the ribbon cutting, live music, food trucks and informational booths will be available.<\/p>\n<p>The Harvest Food Hub &amp; Kitchen is a member of the Buy Fresh Buy Local Northwest New Mexico Chapter, which is sponsoring a weeklong local food summit before the grand opening.
