It will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Aug. 21 in Dolores.<\/span><span class=\"credit\">Journal file<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/p>\n<p>The third annual Wild Roots Yoga and Wellness Festival will be held Saturday, Aug. 21, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Flanders Park in Dolores.<\/p>\n<p>There will be free yoga and dance classes all day at the Wild Roots Yoga studio across from the park, said festival organizer and yoga instructor Alana Connelly.<\/p>\n<p>Check out belly dance and Zumba classes and different styles of yoga, including restorative and aerial.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is an opportunity to try something for free that you are interested in or might not have known about,\u201d Connelly said.<\/p>\n<p>At Flanders Park, a wellness panel discussion will take place at 10 a.m. Practitioners will provide information on healthy living and alternative healing. Questions are encouraged.<\/p>\n<p>The panel includes a Mayan abdominal therapist, massage therapist, Reiki practitioner, esthetician, and somatic therapist.<\/p>\n<p>Vendors for wellness, health, outdoor activities, artists, Tarot card readers, essential oils, supplements, and pet vendors will be set up at the park.
