(Jim Mimiaga\/The Journal)<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/p>\n<p>Monday might have been the last day for an individual to submit a voter registration application and still receive a ballot in the mail, but would-be voters still have plenty of options to cast a ballot before Election Day on Tuesday, Nov. 8.<\/p>\n<p>Voters can pick up a ballot at a Voter Service and Polling Centers through Election Day. Voters also can register to vote or update a registration online at GoVoteColorado.gov or by visiting the Montezuma County Clerk\u2019s office at 140 W. Main St. in Cortez. Citizens also can register and vote at the County Clerk\u2019s office the day of the election.<\/p>\n<p>All ballots must be mailed in time to reach the Clerk\u2019s Office by 7 p.m. Election Day. Or ballots can be dropped off at drop boxes throughout the county or at a Voter Service and Polling Center through Election Day.<\/p>\n<div class=\"naviga-element naviga-subheadline1\">Voter service and polling centers<\/div>\n<p>In-person locations for the poll centers in Montezuma County are:<\/p>\n<div class=\"naviga-element naviga-x-im-unordered-list\">Montezuma County Clerk &amp; Recorder, 140 W. Main St., Suite No. 1, Cortez, 970-565-3728 ext. 4. Open Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Tuesday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.Mancos Public Library, 211 W. First St., Mancos. Open Tuesday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.Dolores Library, 1002 Railroad Ave., Dolores. Open Tuesday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.Ute Mountain Ute Recreation Center, 495 Sunset Blvd., Towaoc. Open Monday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Tuesday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.<\/div>\n<div class=\"naviga-element naviga-subheadline1\">Secure drop boxes<\/div>\n<p>A 24-hour drop box will be available for ballots Oct. 24 to Nov. 8 at the following addresses:<\/p>\n<div class=\"naviga-element naviga-x-im-unordered-list\">Montezuma County Clerk and Recorder, 140 W.
