(File photo)<\/span><span class=\"credit\">du1-i-syn<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/p>\n<p>Small Business Develop Center will host a workshop for employers on workers\u2019 compensation from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, March 9, at Quality Center for Business, 5101 College Blvd.<\/p>\n<p>This free workshop is geared toward small-business owners and will cover the basics of workers\u2019 compensation, safety and compliance. Presenters include Angela Gettler speaking on safety, Avalyn Harris speaking on compliance and Julie Head speaking on workers\u2019 compensation.<\/p>\n<p>Learn about safety consulting services offered by Workers\u2019 Compensation Administration and about employers responsibilities under workers\u2019 compensation.<\/p>\n<p>For more information, contact Kristy King at (505) 566-3528.
