(Stock photo)<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/p><p>San Juan College Orchestra will perform at 7 p.m. Friday, May 5, at Henderson Fine Arts Performance Hall.<\/p>\n<p>The orchestra, conducted by Dr. Teun B. Fetz, will perform orchestral music from a variety of styles and eras including, \u201cArabian Dances\u201d by Brian Balmages, \u201cAshokan Farewell\u201d by Jay Unger, featuring James Martin on vibraphone and Tristen Robbins on violin, and \u201cEspa\u00f1a Ca\u00f1i\u201d by Pascual Marquina.<\/p>\n<p>Included in this concert will be a special performance of \u201cThe Romance of Violin\u201d and \u201cOrchestra No. 2\u201d by Ludwig van Beethoven, featuring Aubrey Harmon, as the violin soloist.<\/p>\n<p>The orchestra will also perform several pieces including \u201cMimosa Shower\u201d by Yukiko Nishimura and \u201cSicilienne\u201d from \u201cPell\u00e9as et M\u00e9lisande\u201d by Gabriel Faur\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Tickets are $8 for adults and $6 for seniors. Students and area musicians are free.
