(Courtesy of San Juan Regional Medical Center)<\/span><span class=\"credit\">Courtesy of San Juan regional Medical Center<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/p><p>San Juan Regional Medical Center\u2019s Childbirth Center will offer multiple sessions of its Grandparenting 101 class and Childbirth Education Crash Course in April and May.<\/p>\n<p>Grandparenting 101 is a single class meant for grandparents. It covers what has changed since they raised their children and includes topics such as newborn care refreshers, car seat updates, safe sleep practices, supporting breastfeeding, ways to offer support to children and more.
