Mountain Range Fitness will host a health and wellness expo, which will include vendors, food and competitions, on June 8.<\/p>\n

In the morning, there will be three 1980s-themed individual competitions, and a powerlifting competition will start at 1 p.m.<\/p>\n

The powerlifting competition will consist of bench, dead lift and squat.<\/p>\n

The vendor part of the expo will include networking opportunities, health, fitness and nutrition professionals, medical practitioners and insurance providers, according to Mountain Range Fitness\u2019s Brandy Carruth.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur expo provides networking opportunities where you can exchange ideas, share experiences and build relationships with fellow attendees and exhibitors,\u201d Carruth said. \u201cEach exhibitor offers unique insights and solutions to support your wellness journey and help you get more information about getting started or continuing from wherever you currently are.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mountain Range is still accepting vendor applications.<\/p>\n

Confirmed vendors include 1stPhorm Supplements, Mountain Range Wellness, Ramage Performance Therapy and About Face Aesthetics.<\/p>\n

Carruth shared that 1stPhorm Supplements plans to highlight \u201cthe latest and greatest in the best supplements around,\u201d and Mountain Range Wellness will provide discounted B12 shots and IV hydration.<\/p>\n

Ramage Performance Therapy will provide insight into growing stronger while decreasing the risk of injury and sickness, and About Face Aesthetics will demonstrate how to care for skin.<\/p>\n

Kettlebell Cave will be there with swinging bells, clubs, and more and Wynes Insurance will have a booth to highlight the newest in Medical and Life Insurance options.<\/p>\n

Carruth added that there will be many more.<\/p>\n

Yia Yia\u2019s will serve healthy Greek food, and Stonefish Sushi will present some items from their menu.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe hope to inspire our community with success stories, transformative experiences and innovative approaches to wellness that will motivate attendees to embark on their own journey toward better health. We strive to be a catalyst for change in our community, provide encouragement, accountability, camaraderie and help attendees kick-start a healthier lifestyle,\u201d Carruth said.<\/p>\n

Carruth shared that as Mountain Range continues to grow, they are adding more classes and services to serve the surrounding community.<\/p>\n

Most recently, Mountain Range added new pieces equipment, and Thomas Ramage Performance Therapy has become an in-house service.<\/p>\n

They also will add a Yin Yoga class in May, and have been focusing on continuing to grow their \u201clife-changing Built for Life programs.\u201d<\/p>\n
