(Jason Umberger\/Courtesy photo)<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/p>\n<p>Road closures are expected beginning Monday to improve storm drainage.<\/p>\n<p>The schools that are part of the project are Mesa Elementary and Kemper Elementary.
