(Photo by Southwest Health System)<\/span><span class=\"credit\">Southwest Health System<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/p>\n<p>The Southwest Health System Board of Directors is looking to fill its open positions.<\/p>\n<p>For those interested in joining, <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/pages\/responsepage.aspx?id=wrakOiEHuUun3ALAi1J06XcNkhtHCNBGvHhdHwVynWxUODNJQ05EUlNJV05MTlc4N0VaMFJOR0k5Si4u&amp;route=shorturl\" id=\"link-87b7c3bde46a6a4f26f321a4fc07cf5e\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">complete an online application<\/a>. Be sure to turn in a  resume and cover letter by Oct. 2.<\/p>\n<p>A nominating committee will review applications, contact applicants they\u2019re interested in and conduct interviews in October.<\/p>\n<p>The role\u2019s time commitment is four to six hours every month, \u201cfor board development, education, committee meetings and board meetings,\u201d according to a news release from Southwest Health System.<\/p>\n<p>The position is volunteer and unpaid.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cServing through board governance can be both challenging and rewarding,\u201d the release said.<\/p>\n<p>If you have questions, reach out to Bridgett Jabour, the board secretary, at (970) 564-2483 or <a href=\"mailto:bjabour@swhealth.org\">bjabour@swhealth.org<\/a>.
