He appeared in the 22nd Judicial District via Webex on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>After being arrested in Archuleta County on Sept. 27, Martinez failed to appear at Montezuma County Combined Courts, and faced an arrest warrant. After the court realized Martinez was being held in Archuleta, the warrant was canceled.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Archuleta County\u2019s website, Martinez was arrested on the charge of third-degree assault.<\/p>\n<p>During Martinez\u2019s hearing on Thursday, Judge Raymond Satter said that Martinez has nine open cases in Montezuma County. Martinez\u2019s attorney, Annalise Hodges, told Satter that they are working on a \u201cglobal agreement\u201d for all of his cases.<\/p>\n<p>Martinez is being held on a $25,000 bond.<\/p>\n<p>Satter set Martinez\u2019s felony hearing for later on Thursday at 1 p.m., and his nine misdemeanors for Thursday, Oct. 10 at 9 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>Martinez has become a familiar face in the 22nd Judicial District this year, starting with an alleged domestic abuse case in June. Not long after, Martinez was arrested for alleged DUI.
