Under her guidance, the district has seen every building advance at least one academic level and experienced a significant increase in attendance rates,\u201d the award letter said. \u201cThrough her leadership, the district has implemented two base pay increases and is currently pursuing a bond for a new elementary building and a mill levy increase to further our salary goals.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Noyes is the director for District F. According to the district\u2019s website, she was born in Cortez and resides in Pleasant View.
