(Journal file photo)<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/p>\n<p>On Tuesday, Montezuma County Clerk and Recorder Kim Percell gave an update on the replacement ballots being sent out for Precinct D.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is my understanding that the replacement ballots have been hitting mailboxes in Towaoc the last couple days,\u201d Percell said in an email. The district is southwest of the city of Cortez, and straddles U.S. Highway 160\/491.<\/p>\n<p>Those who haven\u2019t received their ballot may visit any of the county\u2019s polling centers to obtain a replacement ballot or to vote in person.<\/p>\n<p>Right now, the Annex Polling Center is open. Towaoc\u2019s will be open Monday, Nov. 4 and Tuesday, Nov. 5. All others will open on Election Day.<\/p>\n<p>ADA accessible voting machines will be available at each location as well.<\/p>\n<div class=\"naviga-element naviga-subheadline1\">Voter service and polling stations<\/div>\n<div class=\"naviga-element naviga-x-im-unordered-list\">Montezuma County Annex 1, 107 N.
