Police arrested another man on three warrants in the same location.<\/p>\n<p>Police were dispatched to South Oak Street around 11:47 a.m. on Nov. 23 after receiving a call about a disturbance. When officer Brady Veach and Sgt. Vance Carver arrived, they came in contact with Brian Gallegos and Marque Lopez. Gallegos told police he was there to pick up Lopez because the occupants of the home on Oak Street didn\u2019t want her to be there.<\/p>\n<p>Dispatch informed Veach and Carver then learned Gallegos had two arrest warrants in Montezuma County, as well as two restraining orders. One of the restraining orders states that Gallegos must be 100 yards away from Lopez.<\/p>\n<p>After arresting Gallegos, police also arrested Shawn Abein on three warrants. Abein had been in the home where Gallegos was allegedly picking up Lopez.<\/p>\n<p>A pipe and other drug paraphernalia were allegedly discovered in Gallegos\u2019s truck after he and Abein were taken to the Montezuma County Jail.
