He was charged with one count of a fourth-degree felony threatening a judge or an immediate family member of a judge.<\/p>\n<p>The charges are in connection to at least two incidents.<\/p>\n<p>The first incident occurred at 5 a.m. Jan. 9, when Cabral reportedly drove his 2003 red Ford SUV through the parking lot of the 11th Judicial District Court, at 851 Andrea Drive in Farmington, and remained in the area for about an hour, according to the affidavit for arrest warrant.<\/p>\n<p>Then, on Jan. 10 Cabral allegedly follow and threatened 11th Judicial District Judge Brad Dalley, who was driving on Browning Parkway, the affidavit states.<\/p>\n<p>Cabral reportedly followed the judge as he turned onto Wildflower Parkway and was allegedly \u201cvisually hanging out the window\u201d and was \u201cyelling \u2026 \u2018You\u2019re dead. I\u2019m going to kill you\u2019\u201d while showing  Dalley \u201ca picture of his son,\u201d the affidavit states.<\/p>\n<p>Judge Dalley, who recently was assigned a juvenile case involving Cabral\u2019s son, called law enforcement and told them he \u201cwas concerned for his safety and based off the aggressive, erratic behavior from Cabral, believed Cabral was going to present a gun,\u201d the affidavit states.<\/p>\n<p>The San Juan County Sheriff\u2019s Office responded and stopped Cabral in the area.
