He is described as 5 feet, 9 inches tall and Hispanic with brown hair and brown eyes.<\/p>\n<p>Timely tips may be submitted via 911, and other tips may be submitted through the nonemergency police line at (970) 565-8441. Anonymous tips also may be submitted through the Crimewatch <a href=\"www.cortezpd.com\" id=\"link-bee20d1fd227ca3c72bd23c7fbf33663\" target=\"_blank\">website<\/a> and app at www.cortezpd.com. Crimewatch is not monitored 24 hours a day.<\/p>\n<p>In late January, Martinez was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.the-journal.com\/articles\/duece-martinez-sentenced-in-five-cases-six-others-dismissed\/\" id=\"link-ca8cc141483498dc72a70bf1fc71d078\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sentenced<\/a> in the Montezuma County District Court in five cases. Six others were dismissed as part of a global plea bargain.<\/p>\n<p>During sentencing, Martinez appeared from a 60-day inpatient treatment program via Webex. He pleaded guilty to charges including vehicular eluding, third-degree assault as an act of domestic violence, violation of a protection order, theft less than $300 and underage DUI.<\/p>\n<p>The sentences in the case are expected to run concurrently.
