If you can\u2019t trust the District Court system, who can you trust?<\/p>\n
A lady embezzles $356 off a Visa credit card of mine, and turns herself into police. I keep calling the police, and see her in a surveillance photo on Facebook.<\/p>\n
She said the case had to go to court \u2013 out of her hands \u2013 and gives me a number for district court, even though I had court dealings three years ago and all they had to do was get my address from a computer.<\/p>\n
Instead, they sent my court date to an address where I was last a resident on Aug. 4, 1997, and when I didn\u2019t receive it, they dismissed the court case.<\/p>\n
The embezzler got the money I needed for medical reasons while she played at McDonald\u2019s and Walmart with my money.<\/p>\n
Here\u2019s what she spent on Feb. 17, all in a matter of three to four hours:<\/p>\n
Walmart: $33.48, $43.15, $163.36 and $39.96.<\/p>\n
McDonald\u2019s: $10.16<\/p>\n
Speedway: $18.69, $11.78<\/p>\n
Smiths: 0.99<\/p>\n
Circle K: $35.00<\/p>\n
That\u2019s $356.57.<\/p>\n
Credit card app activity doesn\u2019t lie.<\/p>\n
What a shame.<\/p>\n
