Both the Fifth and 14th amendments have a clause that reads the government cannot deprive someone of life, liberty or property without due process.<\/p>\n<p>Due process seems to indicate the deprivation of these rights. If a person has broken the law, and is here illegally, how does deporting him or her back to their home of record, or out of U.S. territory, deprive them of due process?<\/p>\n<p>It has been a long time since high school and, but for undergraduate courses in government, I\u2019m always willing to learn. So, please, those who feel deportation is unconstitutional, please enlighten me.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Max A.
