Higgins is accepting new patients.<\/p>\n<p>According to information provided to <em id=\"emphasis-f8f81eca2129e399f3d88a5c5a13db03\">The Journal <\/em>by Cortez Integrated Healthcare, Higgins grew up in Montezuma County and is raising her family there. She provides comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages, including preventive care, wellness exams, chronic condition management, women\u2019s health, sick visits and coordinated care.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is home for me,\u201d said Higgins. \u201cI grew up here, I\u2019m raising my family here, and I\u2019m committed to helping my neighbors stay healthy at every stage of life. I\u2019m excited to deliver high-quality, compassionate care close to where people live and work.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The clinic, located on Empire Street across from Osprey, is a full-service health center. In addition to primary care, it offers behavioral health counseling, dental services, an on-site pharmacy, crisis walk-in support and referrals.<\/p>\n<p>Cortez Integrated Healthcare accepts most major insurance plans, including Medicaid, Medicare and a wide range of private carriers.
