Finalists across six categories were announced Tuesday for Southwest Colorado Rocks, the Durango Chamber of Commerce\u2019s annual awards ceremony.<\/p>\n

Southwest Colorado Rocks \u2013 formerly called Durango Rocks \u2013 was rebranded this year in an effort to become more supportive of Durango\u2019s regional partners, including those in Bayfield and Ignacio, Durango Chamber of Commerce CEO Jeff Dupont told<\/a> The Durango Herald<\/em> in September.<\/p>\n

Spirit of Bayfield:<\/strong>Pine River SharesSouthwest AgThe Community Treehouse<\/p>\n

Spirit of Durango:<\/strong>Four Leaves WineryGraze ColoradoWhole Health Family Medicine<\/p>\n

Spirit of Ignacio:<\/strong>Farmers Fresh MarketJack-A-Lope AcresRise & Shine Coffee and Burritos<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The awards given to businesses and organizations \u2013 which include Business of the Year, Small Business of the Year, Spirit of Bayfield, Spirit of Ignacio, Spirit of Durango and Nonprofit of the Year \u2013 will be presented in addition to a range of individual awards.<\/p>\n

The individual awards include Citizen of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, Volunteer of the Year and Outstanding Contribution to the Community, among others. No finalists were announced for individual awards.<\/p>\n

The event will be \u201cmore than a night of pomp and circumstance,\u201d Dupont wrote in a September newsletter. It will be an avenue to honoring leadership, values and the generosity that define the business community.<\/p>\n

The inaugural Southwest Colorado Rocks will begin at 5 p.m. Feb. 19 at the Fort Lewis College Community Concert Hall.<\/p>\n
