2:53 p.m.: A deputy responded to the 11700 block of Road 24.4 for a report of a dog bite. A woman was allegedly bitten on her leg and arm by a Great Dane that had gotten out of a property.<\/p>\n

Sunday, May 17<\/div>\n

3:05 p.m.: A deputy responded to the intersection of CO Highway 184 and CO Highway 145 near Dolores for a motorcycle and vehicle crash. Colorado State Patrol took over the investigation.<\/p>\n

Tuesday, May 19<\/div>\n

12:05 p.m.: A deputy followed up on a report of an assault that occurred around May 12 at a residence on Road 29.2.<\/p>\n

8:21 p.m.: A deputy responded to Road G and Road 21.75 to assist a Colorado State Patrol trooper with a DUI investigation.<\/p>\n

Wednesday, May 20<\/div>\n

5:45 p.m.: A deputy responded to the Montezuma County Sheriff’s Office, 730 E. Driscoll St., Cortez, where a man was served a citation for displaying a fictitious registration tab on his motorcycle.<\/p>\n

Tuesday, May 26<\/div>\n

11:12 p.m.: A deputy responded to a residence on Central Avenue, Dolores, for a domestic violence report. A woman was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence and harassment after pouring baby formula on her husband during an argument.<\/p>\n

Wednesday, May 27<\/div>\n

10:10 a.m.: A deputy responded to the Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St., Cortez, for a warrant arrest.<\/p>\n

1:27 p.m.: A deputy responded to the Montezuma County Sheriff’s Office, 730 E. Driscoll St., Cortez, for a man turning himself in on a warrant.<\/p>\n

4:30 p.m.: A deputy responded to the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., Cortez, where a man was turning himself in. The man was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear for harassment and larceny.<\/p>\n

7:28 p.m.: A deputy responded to Road G and Road 25.2 for a reported disturbance involving a man and woman arguing in the roadway. The man was arrested on suspicion of a warrant.<\/p>\n

Thursday, May 28<\/div>\n

7:31 a.m.: A deputy responded to a residence on Road H for a sex offender registration compliance check. The deputy said in his report that a warrant was being sought for the man\u2019s alleged failure to update his address.<\/p>\n

8:38 a.m.: A deputy responded to a residence on Road 24.3 for a report of vandalism where a rock was thrown through a bathroom window.<\/p>\n

9:49 a.m.: A deputy responded to the Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St., Cortez, for a court remand.<\/p>\n

Friday, May 29<\/div>\n

6:14 a.m.: A deputy responded to U.S. Highway 491 and Road P for a report of an abandoned vehicle blocking traffic. Investigation determined the vehicle was not stolen but misused by a woman who had permission to use it.<\/p>\n

6:58 a.m.: A deputy responded to the 7000 block of U.S. Highway 160 for a two-vehicle traffic accident. Colorado State Patrol took over the scene.<\/p>\n

Saturday, May 30<\/div>\n

6:49 a.m.: A deputy responded to a property belonging to Dolores State Bank on U.S. Highway 160 for a report of smoke and a small fire behind a bank. A man was cited for violating the open fire ban.<\/p>\n

Tuesday, June 2<\/div>\n

7:47 a.m.: A deputy responded to Maverick, 455 N. State St., Cortez, for a business check and located a man with a warrant. The man was arrested.<\/p>\n
