City Manager Drew Sanders, after considering community input, made the final hiring decision.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was really well attended, and boy, some great questions,\u201d Sanders said. \u201cThe candidates did really well. Just a lot of engagement.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sloan, whose first day is March 30, hails from Dugway, Utah.
