Main St., contacted a man known to have a warrant and confirmed it through dispatch. The man was arrested on suspicion of a warrant.<\/p>\n<div class=\"naviga-element naviga-subheadline1\">Friday, April 17<\/div>\n<p>7 a.m.: An officer responded to the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., to serve a warrant on a man.<\/p>\n<p>11:51 a.m.: An officer at Speedy Wash, 1215 E. Main St., contacted a woman with a warrant; she was found in possession of suspected methamphetamine and was arrested on suspicion of a warrant and issued a citation for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.<\/p>\n<p>8:43 p.m.: An officer responded to Cortez Apartments, 620 E. Empire St., for a disturbance and found a woman with injuries and property damage. A man was later located and arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault, criminal mischief, protection order violation (alcohol) and domestic violence-related offenses.<\/p>\n<div class=\"naviga-element naviga-subheadline1\">Saturday, April 18<\/div>\n<p>12:41 a.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop at Webb Chevrolet, 127 N. Broadway, after observing a vehicle swerving. The driver was arrested on suspicion of DUI and weaving.<\/p>\n<p>1:42 p.m.: An officer at the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., contacted a man turning himself in on warrants.<\/p>\n<p>4:24 p.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop in the City Market parking lot, 508 E. Main St., after observing a vehicle with expired registration. The driver was arrested on suspicion of DUI, prohibited use of a weapon, possession of a controlled substance less than 4 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to display valid registration.<\/p>\n<div class=\"naviga-element naviga-subheadline1\">Sunday, April 19<\/div>\n<p>5:01 p.m.: An officer responded to Prairie Mesa Estates, 650 E. Second St., for a report of a man yelling near children and possibly preparing to drive. The man was arrested on suspicion of violation of a protection order.<\/p>\n<p>7:28 p.m.: An officer responded to Lemon Tree Apartments, 35 S. Ash St., for a reported attempted break-in and contacted a man showing signs of intoxication. A man was found to be in violation of a protection order (alcohol) and arrested on suspicion of violation of a protection order.<\/p>\n<div class=\"naviga-element naviga-subheadline1\">Sunday, April 19<\/div>\n<p>9:40 p.m.: An officer responded to a disturbance at a residence on South Valley Road and contacted two men. One had visible injuries and both had reportedly been drinking, and one man was arrested on suspicion of a warrant.<\/p>\n<div class=\"naviga-element naviga-subheadline1\">Monday, April 20<\/div>\n<p>1:25 p.m.: An officer responded to Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St., where a man in custody had a warrant. He was arrested.<\/p>\n<p>11:20 p.m.: An officer responded to Walmart, 1835 E. Main St., for a report of a man throwing a rock through a vehicle windshield. He was located nearby and arrested on suspicion of criminal mischief, reckless endangerment and trespassing.<\/p>\n<div class=\"naviga-element naviga-subheadline1\">Tuesday, April 21<\/div>\n<p>10:20 a.m.: An officer responded to Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St., to arrest a woman with a warrant.<\/p>\n<div class=\"naviga-element naviga-subheadline1\">Wednesday, April 22<\/div>\n<p>9:23 p.m.: An officer responded to Super 8 Motel, 505 E. Main St., for a reported disturbance.
