A minimarathon of speeches, interrupted by cheers, were delivered from outgoing council members and newly elected ones.<\/p>\n<p>Regina Lopez-Whiteskunk, Priscilla Blackhawk-Rentz, and Malcolm Lehi were sworn in as new council members.
