{"id":118992,"date":"2014-07-21T22:46:15","date_gmt":"2014-07-22T04:46:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dh.durangoherald.com\/tj\/aarons-moving-to-new-location\/"},"modified":"2014-07-21T22:46:15","modified_gmt":"2014-07-22T04:46:15","slug":"aarons-moving-to-new-location","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dh.durangoherald.com\/tj\/aarons-moving-to-new-location\/","title":{"rendered":"Aaron\u2019s moving to new location"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Aaron\u2019s, a rent-to-own furniture store, plans to move to a new, larger location near Sligo Street and Montezuma Avenue in November.<\/p>\n<p>Owner Spencer Smith wanted to upgrade the store to have a \u201c21st century aesthetic appeal\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>The new building will be just under 10,000 square feet, making it a bit larger than the current location on East Main Street.<\/p>\n<p>The city issued a grading permit July 14, so workers could begin the work of leveling the lot, which is east of Safeway.<\/p>\n<p>Smith hired a builder based in Utah who has worked on about 12 of his other Aaron\u2019s locations.
