Cost for the entry permit for Colorado residents is $100 for antlerless elk, and $200 for those hunting either-sex elk or buck deer. The cost for non-residents is $200 and $300, respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Lone Mesa is located in Dolores County in western Colorado and entry to the park is limited to provide a high-quality big-game hunting experience. The fourth season runs from Nov. 12-16.<\/p>\n<p>Those who have a fourth season license for GMU 711 and who wish to hunt at Lone Mesa this year should go to the park web page, http:\/\/cpw.state.co.us\/placestogo\/parks\/LoneMesa\/Pages\/Hunting.aspx, to read the rules for hunting in the area and download a permit application.
