The school has earned the John Irwin School of Excellence Award multiple times over the years.<\/p>\n<p>Lewis-Arriola Elementary earned the distinction by receiving an \u201cExceeds Expectations\u201d rating on the Academic Achievement indicator of the Colorado School Performance Frameworks.
