She was hit by a car and sent into the ditch on the side of the road, and the vehicle did not stop.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAn unknown vehicle was traveling southbound on Vista Boulevard when it struck the female pedestrian,\u201d the release said. \u201cThe pedestrian propelled upward and ended up in a drainage ditch off the roadway. The pedestrian was transported to an area hospital for medical treatment.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The woman\u2019s condition was unavailable Monday.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"naviga-map\"><iframe src=\"https:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?q=37.24875866862%2C-107.08953060472&amp;z=15&amp;output=embed\" width=\"100%\" height=\"400\" style=\"border:0;\" allowfullscreen loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Map\"><\/iframe><\/figure>\n<p>Initially, the vehicle was not identified.
