Police responded to the scene after receiving a call for indecent exposure.<\/p>\n<p>3:15 p.m. A man was arrested and charged with assault after police responded to a disturbance on the 700 block of East 3rd Street. A man reported that his son threw a 2\u00d76 at him before grabbing him, placing his arm around his throat and hand over his mouth.<\/p>\n<p>4:23 p.m. A man reported that a toolbox and its contents valued at $393 were stolen from an unlocked compartment on a pick-up truck parked in a fenced yard of a business on the 300 block of North Broadway.<\/p>\n<p>5:44 p.m. Two men were arrested after police responded to a disturbance at City Park. Cut above his right eye, one man was charged with disturbing the peace. The second suspect was charged with disorderly conduct and violating a court-ordered alcohol sanction. An eyewitness reported the two men were fighting.<\/p>\n<p>Saturday, Oct. 17<\/p>\n<p>11:40 a.m. A woman reported that a side view mirror was damaged on a vehicle parked in front of a residence on the 1200 block of South Madison Street.<\/p>\n<p>1:23 p.m. A man was ticketed for trespassing at City Market.<\/p>\n<p>6:55 p.m. A man was arrested and charged with menacing and assault after police responded to a fight at Dolores State Bank. The incident, which allegedly involved a thrown baseball bat and a man held at knifepoint, reportedly resulted after a woman honked a horn at vehicles blocking the entrance to the parking lot.<\/p>\n<p>Sunday, Oct. 18<\/p>\n<p>12:34 p.m. A man was arrested and charged with menacing, domestic violence and assault after police responded to a disturbance in progress on the 1200 block of Montelores Street. A woman was transported to the hospital after suffering a laceration on her head. Police noted the woman also had a black eye and bruised arms. Another woman attempted to protect the alleged victim by hitting the male suspect with a baseball bat.<\/p>\n<p>2:55 p.m. A woman was ticketed for shoplifting at City Market after she attempted to steal a chicken and two deli items valued at $17. The woman was also issued a trespass notice.<\/p>\n<p>3:09 p.m. A man was ticketed for shoplifting and issued a trespass notice after police responded to a shoplifter at City Market. A man attempted to steal a bottle of mouthwash.<\/p>\n<p>6 p.m. A man reported the plastic sheeting on a green house used to grow peppers and tomatoes was damaged at a residence on the 500 block of South Ash Street. Damages were estimated at $34. No vegetables were stolen.<\/p>\n<p>Monday, Oct. 19<\/p>\n<p>7:01 a.m. Mesa Elementary School reported a break in. A door to the teacher\u2019s lounge was pried open and damaged, and glass on a classroom door was also broken.<\/p>\n<p>10:23 a.m. Angel\u2019s End Zone reported a stolen outdoor speaker and two surveillance cameras. An unknown male was captured on video removing the cameras.<\/p>\n<p>10:49 a.m. A motorist was stopped on Washington Street after police suspected the driver had a suspended license. The driver was arrested and charged with the offense, and a passenger was arrested on three outstanding warrants.<\/p>\n<p>9:55 p.m. An arrest warrant for domestic violence, assault and obstruction were requested for a man after police responded to a disturbance at Sleeping Ute Apartments. A woman reported that a couch was turned over and her wrists injured after she asked the man to leave. An emergency protection order was later issued after federal officials contacted the suspect in Towaoc.<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday, Sept. 20<\/p>\n<p>8:30 a.m. A man reported that the plastic cover to a marijuana grow inside a fenced back yard on the 300 block of South Linden Street was torn and nine cannabis plants stolen. Damages were estimated at $1,950. Two fingerprints were collected.<\/p>\n<p>5:25 p.m. A man was arrested for trespassing at City Market after police responded to a public disturbance call involving a female.<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday, Sept. 21<\/p>\n<p>9:04 a.m. A man was ticketed for trespassing at City Market.<\/p>\n<p>1:17 p.m. A man was ticketed for shoplifting 95 items at Wal-Mart. The property was recovered.<\/p>\n<p>2:04 p.m. A man reported an iPhone valued at $600 was stolen from his unlocked vehicle on the 300 block of West 2nd Street.
