Representing District C, Wright\u2019s top three goals include fiscal responsibility, student safety and meeting state standards.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m thankful,\u201d said the 62-year-old retired teacher, \u201cand I\u2019m going to do my very best.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In a pre-election media survey, Wright vowed that she would continue to seek input from her constituents and indicated that teachers deserved better pay and respect.
