12:40 a.m.: An officer on patrol questioned a man and woman quarreling in the Angel\u2019s End Zone parking lot, and arrested the man on the basis of two unconfirmed felony warrants from Moffat County and issued him a summons for violating a protection order.<\/p>\n
2:32 a.m.: A driver near W. Main St. and S. Broadway was issued summonses for driving while ability impaired, failing to use a turn signal, and failing to drive in a single lane. He was released in the custody of his mother.<\/p>\n
3:08 a.m.: A woman in the 1300 block of Mesa Verde St. was issued a summons for disturbing the peace after a neighbor complained of loud music and screaming.<\/p>\n
10:10 a.m.: An officer responded to a report of a vandalized van in the 10 block of E. Montezuma Ave.<\/p>\n
