Elite Lash and Aesthetics offers eyelash extensions, facials, waxing, spray tans, and tanning bed services.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m inspired to enhance beauty,\u201d said owner Brandee Simmons.<\/p>\n

Eyelash extensions are popular for weddings, prom dates, music performers, theater actors, and special occasions.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt makes them longer, fuller, and more voluptuous,\u201d Simmons said.<\/p>\n

The lashes stay on for four weeks or longer, and are water proof. Simmons can do color highlights for eyelashes to complement eyes, hairstyle or a dress.<\/p>\n

Simmons graduated from Sixth Street Salon and School in Durango and is a licensed esthetician, a field that specializes in skin health.<\/p>\n

Her salon offers facials and microderm abrasion to aid in healthier skin.<\/p>\n

Facials cleanse pores, help to prevent and heal acne, moisturize dry skin, and minimize wrinkles.<\/p>\n

Simmons is certified to apply microderm abrasion, a light sanding of the skin that removes layers of dead skin, helps diminishes wrinkles, and leaves skin feeling very soft.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey\u2019re both good for maintaining healthy skin and are for men and women,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

The salon also does waxing to control body hair for a clean attractive look, or for athletes such as cyclists and swimmers.<\/p>\n

The beauty spa also does professional spray tans, and has certified tanning bed services.<\/p>\n

In the future Simmons plans to offer permanent makeup application, and also red light therapy, which uses infrared light for detoxification and rejuvenation benefits.<\/p>\n
