Montezuma Ave.<\/p>\n<p><em class=\"mwc_blotter_day\">Monday, May 9<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em class=\"mwc_blotter_text\">7 a.m.<\/em>: A backpack, pair of binoculars, 200 .22-caliber cartridges, a lap counter and $10 in change were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 1800 block of Hermosa St.<\/p>\n<p><em class=\"mwc_blotter_text\">5:56 p.m.<\/em>: A man was arrested on an active warrant after a fight was reported in Cortez City Park.<\/p>\n<p><em class=\"mwc_blotter_text\">11:08 p.m.<\/em>: A resident in the 600 block of N. Ash requested that former girlfriend be issued a permanent no-trespass order after she tried to enter his home.<\/p>\n<p><em class=\"mwc_blotter_text\">10:53 p.m.<\/em>: Police deployed a stun gun, deployed a police dog and struck a man several times in his neck as four officers restrained and arrested a man who had reportedly been yelling in a parking lot in the 500 block of S. Edith St.<\/p>\n<p><em class=\"mwc_blotter_text\">12:20 p.m.<\/em>: An officer responded to a call about a possible hit-and-run at Montezuma Ave. and Mildred Road and arrested a man on suspicion of driving with a suspended license, reckless driving, failing to report that he hit property (a park bench). The officer requests that felony charges be considered because of more than $1,000 damage to a bench and other property in Parque de Vida.<\/p>\n<p><em class=\"mwc_blotter_text\">2:20 p.m.<\/em>: A male was issues a summons for disturbing the peace after a reported fight in the 10 block of W.
