I realized I just can\u2019t kill things.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Veg Effect\u201d features five stories about people who changed their eating habits for personal health and to better the world. The mini-doc was created by Morningstar Farms, a manufacturer of vegetarian products. Thibodeau is the subject of the fifth installment, a nine-minute profile titled \u201cBrewing Change.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Thibodeau, who has been vegetarian since 1987, is shown making his award-winning chili, helping a rancher load spent beer grain to be fed to cattle and mountain biking.
