Bennet was very cooperative and helped a great deal with the local citizens to protect Hermosa,\u201d Zink says in the nearly one-minute ad, which features shots of Hermosa Creek.<\/p>\n<p>The ad is part of an ongoing series by the Bennet campaign, \u201cWorking for Colorado.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Two other ads also were released Thursday, both of which highlight Bennet\u2019s efforts to boost small business in rural Colorado and work with farmers and ranchers.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=X6ci0na9Nnk&amp;feature=youtu.be\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u201cChimney Rock\u201d<\/a> ad features Pagosa Springs brewer Julie Simmons and former mayor Ross Aragon, who discuss Bennet\u2019s work to create the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.chimneyrockco.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Chimney Rock National Monument<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHaving a national monument so close to our community does a lot of great marketing for us, just by being there,\u201d Simmons, co-owner of Pagosa Brewing Co., says in the ad.<\/p>\n<p>Five Republicans are vying to unseat Bennet this November.
