He was the only occupant in the vehicle, said Capt. Adrian Driscoll of the Colorado State Patrol.<\/p>\n<p>He was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident and was ejected from the vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>Driscoll said there is evidence that suggests Hohenberg was text messaging before the accident.
