TSA said possible criminal charges would be determined by the Sheriff\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p>Sgt. Nate Harris said the individual was cleared and there were no charges.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was one of those situations where you should know better in this day and age, but some people forget what\u2019s in their bags,\u201d Harris said. \u201cIt happens a lot at our airport, unfortunately.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>TSA said this is the third firearm found at the Durango-La Plata County Airport this year.
