This submission from our Secretary of State was delayed due to court challenges, but eventually was made to the commission on August 1.<\/p>\n

In the time between the request and submission, many Colorado voters chose either to withdraw their registration, or to request that their information be made confidential.<\/p>\n

Confidential voters will receive ballots (including for primaries) and can vote as they would normally, but they will not be on the list for their party\u2019s caucus.<\/p>\n

Upon request by the voter, the political party will need to call the office of the County Clerk to verify their affiliation.<\/p>\n

If you have canceled your registration, you must re-register in order to vote in upcoming elections this November, including those of the local school boards. This can be done on-line at govotecolorado.com<\/a>, or with your Montezuma County Clerk and Recorder\u2019s office.<\/p>\n
