The 28th annual Four Corners Board of Realtors Parade of Lights will be Saturday, Dec. 2, at 6 p.m. on Main Street in Cortez.<\/p>\n
The parade\u2019s theme is \u201cBack-Country Christmas.\u201d<\/p>\n
In a news release, Terry McCabe, broker-associate at Century 21 West Slope Realty, said the theme was chosen to honor the grand marshal of this year\u2019s parade, Osprey Packs.<\/p>\n
\u201cOur grand marshal this year is an organization that has literally put the Southwestern area of Colorado on the map,\u201d McCabe said in a news release. \u201cThat has been a huge boost to both the economy of Montezuma County as well as making the commitment to protect our area.\u201d<\/p>\n
The Four Corners Board of Realtors will award first-, second- and third-place cash prizes to parade entries in each of three categories.<\/p>\n
The parade is free to enter but interested parties must submit an entry form.<\/p>\n
All entry forms must be returned to McCabe at Century 21 West Slope Realty.<\/p>\n
