James Proctor, of the Colorado State Patrol.<\/p>\n<p>A dog was also in the cab of the truck at the time of the accident and was not injured.<\/p>\n<p>One lane of the highway was blocked near County Road F.5 for about 20 minutes until 11:40 a.m., the Colorado Department of Transportation said.
