Schwantes said snow was falling Thursday night on Wolf Creek.<\/p>\n<p>CDOT cameras showed snowy and icy conditions on the pass at 7:50 p.m. Thursday. Chains or alternative-traction devices were required for all commercial vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>Cutler said he did not know if weather played a role in the fatal crash.
