A man claimed his neighbor had been removing and damaging trees on a cul-de-sac in his neighborhood, which has no homeowners association. Responding deputies explained to the man that it was a civil issue and took no action.<\/p>\n<p><em class=\"mwc_blotter_day\">Sunday, March 25<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em class=\"mwc_blotter_text\">12:13 p.m.<\/em>: A man was arrested in the 25000 block of County Road T on a warrant for failure to comply.<\/p>\n<p><em class=\"mwc_blotter_day\">Monday, March 26<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em class=\"mwc_blotter_text\">1:59 p.m.<\/em>: A man was cited on suspicion of driving under restraint and speeding near the intersection of 14th Street and Central Avenue in Dolores after a patrol deputy reportedly saw him drive 32 mph in a 15 mph school zone and fail to stop at two stop signs.<\/p>\n<p><em class=\"mwc_blotter_text\">5:03 p.m.<\/em>: A male inmate was served with a warrant at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.<\/p>\n<p><em class=\"mwc_blotter_text\">10:06 p.m.<\/em>: Deputies responded to a report of an injured deer in the middle of the road in the 34000 block of U.S. Highway 160. A deputy killed the deer with two shots from his gun and moved it out of the road.<\/p>\n<p><em class=\"mwc_blotter_day\">Tuesday, March 27<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em class=\"mwc_blotter_text\">6 p.m.<\/em>: A man was arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on Mike Wash Road, Towaoc, after deputies responded to a request for assistance from Bureau of Indian Affairs agents. An investigator said he had pulled over a vehicle for speeding and had gotten permission to search the vehicle after smelling a strong odor of marijuana coming from inside. An envelope filled with cocaine was found in a backpack in the vehicle.
