11:45 a.m.: An officer responded to The Pie Maker, 17 N. Harrison St., for a trespass complaint. Two women were banned from the property. One woman was arrested on a warrant.

1:17 p.m.: An officer responded to Veterans Park, 830 E. Main St., after observing a disturbance. A man produced a knife and allegedly menaced two women. He was arrested on suspicion of menacing with a deadly weapon and trespassed from city parks.

7:50 p.m.: An officer responded to Veterans Park, 830 E. Main St., and contacted a man who was banned from all city parks. He was issued a citation for trespassing.

10:44 p.m.: An officer initiated a traffic stop in the 400 block of South Sligo Street near Montezuma Cortez High School for speeding, crossing the fog line and expired tags. The driver was arrested on suspicion of DUI, driving while revoked, open container of alcohol and marijuana, and operating an uninsured vehicle.

1:03 a.m.: An officer responded to America’s Auto Care, 244 E. Main St., in an alley. A man was found with suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. He was issued citations for possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia.

9:51 p.m.: An officer responded to Wendy’s, 221 E. Main St., for a disturbance. A man with a dog was allegedly abusing the animal. He was arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace and cruelty to animals.

1:52 p.m.: An officer responded to Veterans Park, 830 E. Main St., for a welfare check. A man banned from all city parks and issued a citation for trespassing.

6:48 p.m.: An officer responded to Veterans Park, 830 E. Main St., for a report of a fight. A man in the group, who was banned, was cited. Another man was arrested on suspicion of violating a protection order.

9:19 a.m.: An officer responded to Walmart, 1835 E. Main St., and arrested a man on a warrant.

10:17 p.m.: An officer responded to Cortez Public Library, 202 N. Park St., regarding illegal camping. A man living in his vehicle was issued a citation for conduct on public property after repeated contacts.

11:39 a.m.: An officer responded to Speedway, 921 E. Main St., and arrested a woman on a warrant.

7:51 p.m.: Officers responded to Veterans Park, 830 E. Main St., and contacted a group. Three people were issued citations for alcohol possession in the park and/or trespassing.

7:41 a.m.: An officer responded to Montezuma County Health Department, 106 W. North St., for a trespass complaint. A man was issued a citation for trespassing.

8:04 a.m.: An officer responded to the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., to serve a warrant on a man already in custody.

1:09 p.m.: An officer responded to Walmart, 1835 E. Main St., and arrested a man on a warrant.

1:14 p.m.: An officer responded to Family Dollar, 324 S. Broadway, and arrested a man on a warrant.

4:22 p.m.: An officer responded to the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., to serve a warrant on a man already in custody.

5:53 p.m.: Officers responded to Parque de Vida, 400 N. Mildred Rd., for a trespass. A man was arrested on suspicion of trespassing in a city park.

6:06 p.m.: An officer responded to Ocean Pearl, 300 E. Main St., for a report of public urination and disturbance. A man was arrested on suspicion of public urination, disturbing the peace and possession of a controlled substance.

9:01 p.m.: Officers responded to Next Generation Jewelers, 450 E. Main St., for a man lying on the property. He was arrested on suspicion of open container after displaying open alcohol and refusing to leave.

10:42 a.m.: An officer responded to the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., to serve a warrant on a woman already in custody.

3:16 p.m.: An officer responded to Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St., to serve warrants on a man already detained.
