Hale will address plans for the new Cortez City Hall, the land for jobs arrangement with Osprey Backpacks, and other innovative plans for Cortez in 2016. Hale will also discuss “The Imagination Library” effort which he brought to this community and continues to promote through the Rotary Clubs. Early childhood literacy is encouraged by providing a free book a month to pre-school children.
