Every year, the Cowbelles give out two $1,000 scholarships to local seniors who choose to pursue post-secondary education in the field of agriculture.

This year, the scholarship recipients are Morgaine Milligan and Tatum Majors, both from Dolores High School. Milligan will attend Montana State University- Northern, and Majors is heading to Colorado Mesa University.
